Seedsman Policy

This (Claims Made) policy provides protection for claims by third parties for financial loss following the alleged failure of seed sold or supplied to germinate as specified, errors in germination tests, mislabelling or mixing of seed varieties.

Typically the coverage will provide:

  • Payment for the costs of defence of any allegation.
  • The costs of any settlements for compensation and damages awarded as a result of a failure or alleged failure.
